6 Miles No Pain !

I’m so happy ! After several month of rehab and training, today was the first day in over a year where I was able to run 6 miles without pain. I opted not to have surgery as some of you may remember and apparently that was the right choice

…not complaining Last night I had a heck of a time trying to get to sleep. You know when you look at the clock and watch the hours tick by..while other people are soundly sleeping next to you…pisses me off LOL

I don’t think I will have an issue tonight. See you all tomorrow.

well not yet but soon enough. We had an awesome time at the game Friday. Uploaded a ton of pics to FB . Saturday we BBQed , the weather has just been amazing and today..we spent most the day gaming it up. Playing Bioshock 2 at the moment not sure yet if I’m loving it.I have been playing around with some new themes for WP. I haven’t found one that I like yet. We’ll see…

For now that’s it….nn

Murphy’s Law In Full Affect

“Anything that can go wrong will go wrong”…and it did.
My goodness what a day There is always tomorrow and we’ll do it again
Patience is not one of my virtues, which makes this extra hard for me.
We are learning a lot through trial and error,thus this experience does have it good points.
Regardless of all this my stress levels have dropped by about 85% since the switch

In other news, Marley -el cata does seem to be on the way to recovery. I am pleased about that.
